不理解这道题的解题思路

fund 3 的两个交易：（1）同行业两个股票，一个超配1%一个低配1%，需要调回benchmark; （2）不同行业两个股票，一个超配1%一个低配1%（没说要调回benchmark）那么针对这两个交易的active share：（1）调回和benchmark 一致，active share应该不会变；（2）一个超配一个低配，所以总的active share应该是1% 那么（1）和（2）的总体效果就是使active share增加才对呀
