税盾的意思是因为interest不收税，所以debtholders and shareholders获得的收益更多对吧？为什么老师说interest还要收税？如果interest收税，FCFF的 "cash expenses including tax but excluding interest"，这里的tax包括针对interest部分征收的tax吧？

leveraged position有可能是做空吗

视频此处讲到了：有些指数我们会以P/E市盈率来作为权重。市盈率跟股票价格是成正比的。因为市盈率P/E=每股价格/每股净利润，在每股净利润不变的情况下，我价格越高，我的市盈率就会越高。我的疑问是：为什么要假设每股净利润不变？每股净利润为什么会没有发生变化？
