这题有点不太容易理解，比如有一个portfolio的value在minimum level附近，时高时低，岂不是经常要包含计算又剔除，这样对composite的业绩报送岂不是很不稳定。这样的业绩时高时低，跌下去了就不用报送，涨上来了又报送。感觉不是很合理。
