不是很明白，配置资产组合的策略的重要性不应该是优先于税的吗，在学习其他科的时候，策略指导undervalued就买，overvalued就卖，为什么还要先考虑是否能抵税的问题。同理，我还不是很明白，比如一项投资已经是loss状态，证明这个投资是失败的，那是否tax efficient还重要吗，考虑问题是不是有点本末倒置
