这个第一问我还是没太懂为什么用动态。a monthly hedge，就不能是静态的吗？如果每个月hedge一次，那动态的不也会积累风险吗？ 另外futures市场内交易，不应该流动性更好吗，而且没有对手方风险。

第四題，如inflation higher than expected , should I increase or reduce the weight of stock? For bond, 我為什麼不能從bond yield 角度出發，inflation increase, bond 收益率上升是好事？

这里的reporting through seperate chain to organization's senior management, organization指的是这个unit还是company啊，如果是company，那是否说明这个unit没有决策权？
