R22原版书的example11，答案里面说短期的loss最好来抵短期的gain，那为什么在图表中短期的gain不realized的？

原版书R22的example7的第二问。这一问我理解2.5million都是在tda账户中的，然后根据60/40的比例，则股票是7.5million，债券是5million。但是原来的配置项目里已经有4million的债券了，不是应该只增加1million的债券在tda里面么？答案里面看的话，原来的Tax-Exempt Fixed Income2,000,000(1,800,000)这个为什么没了？
