本题a选项也存在着很大的问题，经营利润与EBITDA存在的差距主要在折旧摊销，在一些重资产的行业里边，像芯片行业，重资产投资折旧非常大，EBITDA都是正数， Operating income就是负数了，两者替换是不合适的。相反，C选项负债的市价和账面价值一般是差距不大的，用来替换也无妨。本题的设计，可能还是有问题的
