老师你好，关于US GAAP对 SPE的规定有个问题： 上课的时候韩老师说US GAAP先判定SPE-->VIE，VIE要consolidated； 但是原版书习题答案上却写着不需要consolidate（绿色划线部分）： Under US GAAP, qualifying SPEs (a classification which has been eliminated) do not have to be consolidated 如上传图片所示。请问哪个才是对的？
