接上一问，这是控股合并报表，也说到内部交易要取消，但是不太理解，我见了一些企业（例如做家具出口工厂，他又投资了一个做木材加工工厂，为大股东），实际上这个木材加工工厂，大部分业务是为大股东家具工厂做材料加工，那如果合并两家公司报表，所有这个日常交易都要取消了?还有他们木材工厂每年都有报表和利润分红，那怎么理解这里说的为实现利润呢，木材加工厂改卖材料给工厂，该收钱就收钱，该分红就分红，怎么没有实现呢，不知道所说的为实现利润是什么情形呢?
