老师，这题的逻辑是不是说复苏阶段，会有一部分人开始加入劳动力大军，而此时企业比起雇佣工人更愿意选择让现有工人加班，因此这部分人涌入劳动力市场后应算作失业人口。失业人口与劳动力同时↑，导致失业率↑。而此时是复苏阶段，按理说失业率应该是下降的，但实际上失业率却反映出了衰退期的特征，因此说其是滞后指标？

老师，我现在明白了为啥选c，但是我认为b也是错的吧。题干说的是any advisor，只要能带来200000的的投资。原来课程里讲的是对于这种外部的经理，不是要从四个方面考察吗。为什么说只要能带来钱的投资就能成为经理呢？所以我认为b不对

应该是分子short call 70 shares吧 为啥是short forward？分母delta S是100么？这样才能delta coverd call是0.3啊？谢谢
