老师，我以为只有上市公司才发股票，这里L公司不是上市公司怎么也发股票。怎么看出L公司是非上市公司？怎么理解L公司发股票的行为？

老师，我们这里是怎么看出来“对L公司，一年前要收购的是控股权，现在要收购的是少数股权”的？我一点也没看出来。还有，这里哪里说L公司是上市公司了吗？
