最后一题exclude investment in associate，EBIT为何不变小，associate的net income不是加不了了吗

这题没懂把lease expense capitalize后balance sheet和income statement分别怎么变动；asset和liability下哪个科目改变

想请问一下，在equity method的方法下，在持有被收购方股份前后，收购方的asset的是没有变化的吗？不需要加被收购方的那部分asset对吗？只有B/S上的investment有变化？

第10题，第三年的POD为什么不是（1-0.22%）（1-0.35%）0.5%？答案的解法为什么是用1减去，不应该是条件概率吗？正如Reading 37 第一个Case的12题，算POD3就是等于（1-1.5%）（1-0.5%）0.5%。

老师您好 课程中老师说oas试错法将oas加在原来的spread上，可是oas不是剔除了权利后的spread吗？它对应的原本是pure bond这部分呢？这部分该如何理解呢？
