这里的的塔应该是期初卖旧设备与期末卖新设备的差额吗？ 而不是期末假定新旧设备都卖的差额。因为公式里期初是抵减现金流流出的（期初就已经卖了），那么期末要抵回。因为起初就卖了，应该没有时间价值，所以才是期初卖旧设备与期末卖新设备的差额。
