广同学老师好，25题中的债务为什么不是简单的12+6的相加，merton模型中的债务也需要用st+0.5Lt来计算吗？谢谢。

Galina如果没有给附加条件，不用那样处理。
但是此题明确给了条件
If the strike price default point is the sum of short-term debt plus one-half of long-term debt
所以要尊重题干。
