郑同学请问关于这个unclear trades，老师说这个需要也变成保证金交易，那这个OTC的unclear的交易是指标准化还是非标准化的，之前老师说只有标准化的场外衍生品交易才需要保证金和中央清算，

Jenny同学你好，这里的unclear trade其实就是那些不经过CCP的双边交易，也就是针对非标准化交易。以下是原版书对于unclear trade的描述哦。
Following another G20 meeting in 2011, the rules have been tightened for non-standard OTC derivatives. These are the
derivatives t hat are not covered by the ru les just mentioned.
They are cleared bilaterally rather than centrally and are referred to as uncleared trades.
