Cindy同学你好，第二句，Execute the swap deal as a reset swap wherein the swap will be marked to market every six months ，每过6个月就对SWAP重置一次，双方结算清楚现金流的收付情况，这样可以避免一方一直亏钱最后违约的情况，
第三句话，.Execute the swap deal with a break clause in the third year 。第三年的时候实施终止条款，双方考虑一下要不要停止交易，这也能对赚钱的一方提供一定的保护
