Cindy同学你好，不是融资进来，而是融资出去哦，这里融资的对象就是nostro accounts，相当于在海外的分支机构的账户，把资金提供给这些分支机构，所以站在自身的角度，这就是资金的流出，因此是USE,而不是source哦
