苏学科矛盾源于 “描述视角不同”：
若讲 “融资方的行为”，Repo Seller 是借钱的（卖证券），Repo Buyer 是放贷的（买证券）；
若讲 “出资方的行为”，出资方会把自己的 “买证券” 行为称为 Repo Buyer（或 Reverse Repo Buyer）。
永远以 “首次交易中，谁卖证券→Repo Seller；谁买证券→Repo Buyer” 为核心判定，角色（融资 / 放贷）是派生的。
