Michael其实这两个记住就完全可以了。如果要全面，那就是3-1原则。
CET1要考虑三个项目，剔除一个项目。
三个项目
1、common equity,
2、retained earnings, and
3、a limited amount of minority interest and unrealized gains and losses.（除非题目特别说，不然不考虑这个）
