Michael学员你好，location是位置，scale是规模，location-scale是一种数学变换，就是从x变化到ax+b。
其中ax那个过程叫做规模变幻，也就是scale，数学上也叫做放缩。+b这个过程叫做规模变换，也就是location，数学上也叫做平移。如果在经过这两个变换（也叫做线性变换）之后有些性质没有发生变化，叫做location-scale invariance property（转移不变性）。比如原来是正态分布，线性变化之后还是正态分布，就是location-scale invariance property。
