Cindy同学你好，Credit rating agencies have a conflict of interests with respect to sovereign ratings
Credit rating agencies的conflict of interests ，主要体现在给coporate评级的时候，而不是sovereign，
评级机构为公司评级，它收取的评级费用也是公司支付的，所以评级机构不会给公司太低的评级，导致评级有偏，
但是评级机构本质上是为投资者服务的，它代表的是投资者的利益，所以评级的过程中会存在利益冲突
