Adam同学你好，
因为题目说 If the mortgage is structured so that it requires interest-only payments for the first 5 years。也就是前5年并未发生本金偿付【也就是没有摊销】。
这题的意思是前5年一直在租房，后面25年把房子买下来开始还房贷【摊销】
