Adam同学你好，
题干中说的是：expected excess return is 8.0% for the chemical industry and 6.0% for all other industries. 也就是其余都是6%，1个8%，对应表格上的标题名称就是 forecast 。
也就是说，题目所问的 forecast ，实际上就是ERP-RF
ERP-RF=beta*(ERM-RF)
