老师，这题的逻辑是不是说复苏阶段，会有一部分人开始加入劳动力大军，而此时企业比起雇佣工人更愿意选择让现有工人加班，因此这部分人涌入劳动力市场后应算作失业人口。失业人口与劳动力同时↑，导致失业率↑。而此时是复苏阶段，按理说失业率应该是下降的，但实际上失业率却反映出了衰退期的特征，因此说其是滞后指标？
