同学，上午好。这道题更多的是根据题目背景条件来回答。

主要是要从三只基金里选择符合Ælfheah公司要求的。
主要要求是low overhead costs ；minimize taxes in the portfolio. 没有costs of in-house investment resources.

因为relative value hedge fund的客户大部分是免税客户，所以投资时，会按照免税的思维来进行投资。但是Ælfheah是需要交税的，那么就可能产生冲突。所以Ælfheah would be investing alongside tax-exempt investors，不符合要求。

Tax-efficient angel investment是天使投资，主要是投资初创型的公司，需要非常专业的投资知识，也要非常专业的管理，但是Ælfheah has not been willing to incur the costs of in-house investment resources. 所以也不满足要求。

剩下只能是Publicly traded US REIT
