张同学老师您好！Reading16课后题的第18题，current account surplus高的为什么是strengthening currency？ 课本第101页中最后一段讲到日本，说So，in Japan，the private sector was financing the government deficit as well as an outflow of capital，说明current account surplus 会导致本币贬值呀！ 谢谢！

经常账户盈余意味着出口大于进口，出口大意味着对本币的需求大，因此本币会升值

课本第101页中最后一段讲到日本，说So，in Japan，the private sector was financing the government deficit as well as an outflow of capital，说明current account surplus 会导致本币贬值呀！
这里的outflow of capital只是指government deficit下的outflow of capital，但是这部分outflow被private sector补足了，所以从总体来看，还是本币升值。所以这里的outflow只是指government deficit，并不是说从整体来看是outflow。
