独立客观性： 对有可能损害独立客观性的礼物不能接受，礼节性的不损害独立客观性的礼物可以接受，但要向雇主披露。
额外报酬：“Members and Candidates must not accept gifts, benefits, compensation, or consideration that competes with or might reasonably be expected to create a conflict of interest with their employer’s interest unless they obtain written consent from all parties involved.”
