1. Accounting defeasance：一种会计处理方法，例如：公司从银行借钱，第一年要还1000万，第二年要还2000万，如果公司提前准备好无风险国债去匹配未来的多笔负债，此时在会计上可以同时消除资产（国债投资）和负债（银行贷款），可以降低公司B/S表上体现的债务，同时有借款记录，且不会违约，因此会提升信用等级
2. 利差越低（折现率也越低），债券价格就越高。现在是A评级的spread，所以spread低，债券价格就高。
