Johnny同学你好，文中说了Nino believes that the company needs an investment of capital to increase earnings，公司需要有外部资金去投资以此来增加营收，leveraged recapitalization会有PE入资，但是personal line of credit并没有资本流入公司，而基本只是用公司做抵押来借钱
