The GIPS standards recommend that firms undergo verification. 非必须。
AMC: CFA Institute does not verify either the Manager´s claim of compliance or actual compliance with the Code.
Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct: 会员或候选人必须遵守most strict rules or requirements (laws or CFA standards).
