TTER第一题，之前有道题就是说endowment应该每年要对外支出一定的费用（奖学金），所以应该被认为是liability匹配的，不是total asset return，和这道题的说法有出入，请问应该以哪个为准？

仔细想了一下，本题endowment的target是consists of a 5% annual contribution to the college's operating fund，也就是endowment每年拿出5%的收益，而因为收益是不固定的，所以不算是明确的liability，是可以这样理解吗
