Johnny同学你好，文中说more than half of all angel investments lead to a loss，绝大部分天使投资都是亏钱，既然容易亏钱，那就把它放到taxable里面，产生loss可以抵税。他给的答案也是这个思路，Held in the taxable account, the Lees can use any losses generated to offset gains elsewhere in the account.
