Simon同学，上午好。因为futures和swap期初签订时都是公允的合约，期初价值等于0，如果忽略保证金，就是不需要掏出任何费用，就能获得想要的股票敞口。例如，想要100w的股票敞口，只要签一份100w的futurres来结算盈亏，忽略保证金那就不需要出任何钱去买，而mutual fund需要花100w去购买，所以stock index futures and equity swaps are low cost alternative
