努同学请帮忙梳理一下factor-based strategy 和 quantitative analysis/fundamental analysis 还有 top-down/bottom-up的关系，好几道题都是这几个概念揉在一起考

Simonfactor-based strategy是拿因子作为benchmark进行投资，这个主要是区分被动和主动的区别（主动投资就是就是超过benchmark，被动就是复制benchmark）
