Johnny同学你好，equity monetization是对过度集中的public equity position进行分散化的一种方法，他有两个步骤
第一步是投资者对冲过于集中头寸所固有的大部分风险。对冲策略包括：卖空证券（sell the security short），卖出远期合约（sell a forward contract），签订股权总回报互换（enter into a total return equity swap），零成本领式期权策略（zero-cost (cashless) collar，即long stock，long put，short call）
第二步是投资者使用被对冲后的头寸进行借贷（对冲了风险之后，可以借到更多的钱，因此LTV更高）
