Johnny同学你好，III(C)条款要求Updating the IPS should be repeated at least annually and also prior to material changes to any specific investment recommendations or decisions on behalf of the client. 至少每年更新一次IPS，或者在投资推荐和投资决策出现重大变更之前更新。而更新IPS就涉及到对客户方方面面的调查，如果客户的情况出现的变动，那么就需要调整他的IPS了
