同学，下午好。expected FFE rate和federal funds effective (FFE) rate不是一个概念。

The federal funds effective (FFE) rate is the weighted average of interest rates charged on overnight interbank loans. 联邦基金有效利率是指银行间隔夜拆借利率的加权平均值。

而Expected FFE rate是根据Fed funds futures contract反推出的利率。Fed funds futures contract price = 100 − Expected FFE rate.

而target federal fund rate不是一个具体的值，而是一个范围，以25个bps为宽度的一个范围。比如说目标在1.75%-2%之间，此时在这个范围的平均值为1.875%，而这个1.875%即为FFE。
