Johnny同学你好，这里不是考察你三个reason的说法对不对，也不是问这三个reason是否能达成，而是说现在有这三个reason能够支持challenge 2中所提出的proposal，但只有1和3这两个reason在职业伦理方法是站得住脚的，reason 2是为了帮投资管理部门卸下负担，而不是直接为了股东利益
