Johnny同学你好，AMC的D：Risk Management, Compliance, and Support这一部分有如下规定
Manager必须Establish a firmwide risk management process that identifies, measures, and manages the risk position of the Manager and its investments, including the sources, nature, and degree of risk exposure.
必须建立一个公司层面的风险管理流程来确认、衡量并管理公司的风险头寸以及投资风险的来源、性质以及程度。
所以建立风险管理流程就是AMC所要求的
