Johnny同学你好，这题的关键在于这句话：Because of your PlusAccount status, you won´t incur a brokerage commission for this transaction even though I will receive a referral fee if you invest in the fund. 这道题和客户的佣金成本无关，而是和推荐费有关。虽然Klein披露了推荐费，但是他应该把推荐费的形式、金额之类的详细情况都披露给客户，而不能只跟客户说会收到推荐费而已。
