同学你好，1500m就是这个endowment一开始的管理的资产规模，只不过确实一开始是主要投的是传统资产。

也就是给大学支付的金额是endowment过去5年平均AUM的4%，因此是基于过去的值的。但题目中有没给我过去5年的值，只期初的值，也就是1500m。所以我们根据这个值来计算。
本题要求liability，即未来要支出的现金。
这个endowment 未来一年的liability包括支付给大学的4%，和它的private investments的capital call两部分。
