Johnny同学你好，net basis就是取净额的意思。在这个题里就是说这是做市商交易，做市商就是赚取一个净的利差。客户找做市商来下单买股票，这个做市商可以用地价从其他的broker或者dealer和客户手中买入股票然后以更高的价格去卖给那个客户，等于赚了价差。如果是客户想卖股票，那么做市商可以是用低价从客户手中买入股票然后用更高的价格去卖给其他的broker或者dealer和客户。
