我的脑袋方又圆同学你好，这个是截取自GIPS handbook，所以不会有错的，他原文说的就是per transaction。你看R35课后题Q7的C选项说的也是custody fees charged per transaction

因为交易成本的定义为和买、卖行为相关的费用，保管费不是买卖相关，不算交易成本。
“The GIPS Glossary defines transaction costs as “the costs of buying
or selling investments” and states, “These costs typically take the form of
brokerage commissions, exchange fees and/or taxes, and/or bid–offer spreads
from either internal or external brokers.”
