Johnny同学你好，这里是没有问题的。Net payment cost index和surrender cost index的第一步计算都是Calculate the future value of an annuity due of an amount equal to the premium, 计算一个每年金额为premium的预付年金的终值，annuity due是预付年金，是期初支付的而不是期末支付
