illusion of control（cognitive error）指的是投资者认为它们可以影响结果，实际上投资者不可以。
Illusion of control bias is a bias in which people tend to believe that they can control or influence outcomes when, in fact, they cannot.

certainty overconfidence（emotional bias）指的是投资者认为某一个结果发生的概率较高，因为投资者特别确信自己的（通常是主观）判断。
Certainty overconfidence occurs when the probabilities that FMPs assign to out- comes are too high because they are too certain of their judgments. This certainty is often an emotional response rather than a cognitive evaluation.
