陈同学百题case 7的第4题，这里的output gap指标closing是最高点吗还是最低点？above trend是指GAP>0吧？另外Ireland在housing demand strong，答案解释是confidence is weakening，这指的对房子需求大吗？不是应该在late recovery段吗？

Johnny同学你好，这道题是源自协会官网，但我觉得这题有些争议。Ireland描述更像是early expansion ，Hungry是initial recovery ，Spain是late expansion。Output gap的above trend就意味着实际的GDP高于了trend GDP，所以叫above trend。Output gap是trend GDP-actual GDP，那如果是above trend就意味着out put为负
