这里的意思是不能断开，如果断开，且前三个条件满足，那是可以单独展示业绩，但不能link在一起。
另外一个符合GIPS的公司收了一个不符合GIPS的公司，可以给一年的宽限期，调整让被收购的公司也符合GIPS的要求。
