AsherVested pension算financial capital我明白 那是算current还是extended呢 另外human capital有没有current 这一说 还是human capital全都是extended的？

根据定义：
extends net worth to include claims to future assets that can be used for consumption, such as human capital and the present value of pension benefits.
extend是未来产生的收入或支出。
因此vested pension是financial capital，是current已经到我手里的。只是现在还没发给我。但是这已经是我的东西了。
human capital没有current一说，他是未来的收入的现值，全部都是extend的部分。

我可否进一步理解为 这个economic net worth是accrual based 所以vested已经发生了 就算还没有拿到(cash basis) 也已经算我的了 所以是current financial capital？

确实非常相似。
human capital是未来收入的现值，未来收入是估计的（基于增长率的假设，以及存活的概率），可能会发生变化。如果变化了human capital就会变化。
而accrual based是权利和义务已经确认好了的，只是现在没有发生。
