（1）在计算net-of-fee return的时候因为是只扣除trading fee和management fee，所以net- of -fee teturn中还是包含custody fee的，对吗？
是的。原文如下：
gross-of-fees 的定义是：The return on investments reduced by any transaction costs
net of fees的定义是：The gross-of-fees return reduced by investment management fees.
因此这里面是没有扣除custoday fee的。


（2）只有费用是以wrap fee 扣除后的return才是不包含custody fee的对吗？
是的。原文如下：
