因为在表中，明显说了，Has no debt, and her total assets calculated using a traditional balance sheet amount to $4 million, which includes $3 million in stocks and bonds and $250,000 in real estate. 这里面是没有包含current pension value的，也就是说这里所说的traditional assets只是包含了一些金融资产。
